Huff co-wrote it and it was #14 of a limited edition. Two: The inscription was to Captain Charles W. R. Incidentally, I found out that the clergyman was Charles P Chretien, a Fellow of one of the Oxford colleges (All Souls or Oriel, I can't remember) who had published a number of papers and at least one book on theological matters in the years preceding the publication of the Origin.
