Directions off M25: follow signs for Sevenoaks, Tonbridge, Hastings onto A21 going South....take the Tonbridge/Sevenoaks/Weald/Hildenborough exit off A21 onto the B245.....Follow road to Hildenborough and through village until you reach Tonbridge on London Road....This roads leads straight past Tonbridge public school (West Kent Book Fair venue) and then to the High Street....Go past the large Tonbridge School frontage on your right....and a little further to a set of traffic lights at the Ivy House pub....142 High Street is shortly after on the right before you reach the town bridge over the Medway. From South: Come straight through Tonbridge town centre....past the railway station on your left....over the Medway town bridge....and it's just past The Chequers Inn on your left, after Castle Street. You'll find lots of parking if you turn left into Castle Street, just before the shop. Walking from Tonbridge railway station: it's only about a ten minute walk to Mr. Books or there are usually lots of taxis....turn left out of station and keep walking up the High Street to the town bridge....at this point you'll see the medieval castle on high up your left...go on past The Chequers Inn and over Castle Street on your left....Mr. Books is just after Castle St. on your left.
