Hi there - fancy a trip to Tonbridge?

I just thought I would update you on our plans.

Having done all the paperwork, Mr Books will now continue trading all the way through summer as Mark leaves and we take over.

We'll be tidying the shop over the next few weeks and, soon, we'll be repainting. But we'll be open as much as possible.

To celebrate, we're going to be open on Saturday and Sunday the 12th & 13th of August to say hello. There might be a glass of something bubbly available too...

So, why not plan a trip to Tonbridge? As it's the Summer, there will be boats to hire on the river, you can explore the castle - and there are some new places to have something to eat and drink - we recommend The Old Fire Station, Graze (just by the big bridge), the new Cream Factory (for ice cream) and the Fuggles Beer Cafe might have opened by then.

And there's a few thousand books to browse.
