We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online and offline.

When you buy from us a  physical record is usually kept of your name, purchase details and contact details eg phone number or email address. The records are kept to enable us to fulfil your order and record and reconcile payments for orders. These details are never used for promotional purposes. If you give consent for us to record data for promotional purposes then it is entered into our online database on this website.  Data we use for our website and mailings is held by

  • Wix.com (you can see their privacy policy here)

  • Google mail with whom we have a business account for email (their policy is here)

  • and/or

  • iZettle (for payments processing) - their policy is here.

In addition, if you order books through uk.bookshop.org (for which we receive commission) you will be entering into a separate agreement with that site. See their terms here.

How we use cookies
